RULES OF THE EASTER EGG HUNT

ARTICLE 1

The company LA MAISON DU CHOCOLAT (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company"), a joint-stock company with a share capital of 13,222,470 euros, whose head office is located at 65 avenue de Ségur, 75007 Paris, France, registered with the RCS de Paris under the number 572 154 318, organizes from April 10 to 14, 2019, a national game with no obligation to purchase entitled "GREAT Easter Game 2019" (hereinafter the "Game").

ARTICLE 2

The Game is open to major natural persons residing in the USA.

Excluded from any participation in the Game are the employees or corporate officers of the Organizing Company, the persons who participated in the design of the Game or ensured its establishment and the members of their family (spouses, cohabitants, ascendants and descendants in direct line ).

ARTICLE 3

One endowment per email address for the duration of the Game.

ARTICLE 4

To play, the participants will have to connect on the website www.lamaisonduchocolat.us (the "Site") between 11 am and 1 pm.

They will have to search among the pages devoted to the collection of Easter on the Site the symbol, as reproduced hereafter, which will be hidden there.

By clicking on this symbol, they will get a unique code. They will be able on request to receive a reminder of this code by email. This code will allow them to obtain their endowment.

Entries whose details will be incomplete, false, incomprehensible, sent after the deadline for participation or contrary to the provisions of these rules will not be taken into consideration.

ARTICLE 5

The prizes provided for the Game are 10 per day, for a total of 50 prizes.

The lots are:
- 10 Milk Rabbits
- 5 Dark Fantsay Eggs
- 5 Milk Fantsay Eggs
- 15 Assorted Praliné Eggs 100g
- 15 Assorted Fish Jar 100g

ARTICLE 6

Participants who have obtained a unique code entitling them to an endowment must go to the Site on the product sheet corresponding to the endowment earned, put it in their basket and then identify themselves (if they are customers of the online store of the Organizing Company) or create an online account.

They must indicate their unique code entitling them to a 100% discount on the product won on the Site page containing the "Code Advantage" field.

Delivery of the prize will be made in accordance with the delivery methods provided on the Site.

It will be offered if the winner chooses a FEDEX 2nd day delivery. For other delivery methods (FEDEX Overnight, Messenger Service), the winners will have to pay the corresponding fees.

The winners may also choose to withdraw their prize money free of charge in the Madison boutique located at 1018 Madison Avenue, 78th Street, New York.

Endowments may not be exchanged for cash or replaced by another prize at the request of a winner.

Prizes that can not be distributed for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Company will be lost to their beneficiaries and will not be reallocated.

The deadline to order your prize is Wednesday, April 19, 2019 at 23:59.

ARTICLE 7

Any participation in the Game presenting an anomaly (incomplete or incorrect form, attempted cheating or fraud ...) will not be taken into consideration.
The Organizing Company reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the Game without liability being incurred.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the prizes by prizes of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of said prizes, without any complaint being made in this respect.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any useful verification regarding the identity of the participants, in particular to verify the veracity of the information provided in the identification form.

ARTICLE 8

The winners authorize the Organizing Company to use their name and address for advertising purposes in campaigns related to the Game, without giving them any remuneration, rights or benefits other than the delivery of their prize.

ARTICLE 9

The Organizing Company reminds participants of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet and disclaims any liability for the consequences of connecting participants to this network.

In particular, the Organizing Company can not be held responsible for any damage, material or immaterial caused to participants, their computer equipment and data stored therein, and the consequences that may arise on their personal, professional or commercial.

The Organizing Company can not be held responsible in the event that one or more participants can not be able to connect to the Site or to play there because of any technical defect or any problems related in particular to the congestion of the network.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to stop or suspend the Game in the event of fraud or in any case where, for whatever reason, the computer system awards grants not provided for in this Regulation. In these cases the messages informing the participants of a win would be considered null and void. In no case may the number of endowments exceed that provided for in this Regulation.

ARTICLE 11

No request for information (written, telephone or oral) regarding the interpretation or application of the regulation will be answered.

ARTICLE 12

The regulation is available free on the Site.

ARTICLE 13

The personal data of the participants are collected during the participation in the Game, as well as, where appropriate, during the awarding of prizes.

These data are only used for the administration of the Game. They are intended for the Organizing Company, which may however communicate them to third parties in the sole frame and for the sole needs of the administration of the Game.

These data may not be used for other purposes and will be kept for the period strictly necessary for their purposes except for data whose minimum retention period results from a legal or regulatory obligation or the extinction of a limitation period.

Participants are informed that they have a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion of their data as well as a right to object and limit the processing of their personal data.

Participants also have the right to seize the competent authority for personal data (CNIL) at any time.

The data collected is mandatory to participate in the Game. Therefore, participants who exercise the right to delete their personal data before the end of the Game will be deemed to waive their participation.

Subject to their explicit consent, the information collected about the participants may be used by the Organizing Company to better serve them and to inform them of their new products and offers likely to interest them.

ARTICLE 14

Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of the rules.

ARTICLE 15

The regulation is subject to US law.
