Our chocolates are best appreciated at a temperature of 20°C/68°F. Your may accompany your tasting with a glass of mineral water in order to allow the full range of flavors of the chocolate to express themselves. We recommend storing the chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C/64°F) in their original packaging or in a drawer of your refrigerator, wrapped carefully in a tightly sealed plastic bag (if refrigerated, remove the chocolates thirty minutes before serving them).
