- Raspberry Truffle: dark chocolate ganache with fresh raspberry pulp
- Orange Truffle: dark chocolate ganache with orange, and a dash of fresh zest
- Caramel Truffle: milk chocolate ganache, infusion of Bourbon Vanilla, and a pinch of salt
