What is a Ganache?
La Maison du Chocolat’s ganache is made with light fleurette cream, and a selection of the best cacao vintages for which a harmonious and subtle blend of ingredients were rigorously selected.
The fleurette cream is carefully warmed, poured onto finely chopped chocolate, and then delicately blended to unveil the ganache.
Gently left to cool, a few hours later the small bonbon of ganache is slipped under a fine layer of silky chocolate.
