Pepper-raspberry Macaron

Summer at La Maison du Chocolat this year will be red hot: fruity red, bright red, and piquant red in a perfect blend of warmth and sweetness.
 
Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat, uses the chromatic nuances of chili, raspberry, and red pepper as the tableau for a new range of ganache flavors to enrich the summer macaron. The slightly spicy rush of Espelette pepper introduces the fruity flavor of fresh red pepper prolonged by acidulous notes of lush ripe raspberries. This enticing duo of raspberry and red pepper creates a remarkably full-flavored chocolate ganache with peppery notes of intense chocolate.
